Hallmark Field Merchandiser (part-time) - Murphy, TX 75094
As a Field Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and serve as the face of Hallmark. You collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations when needed.
Salary and Schedule Details- Starting pay $13.00‑$15.00 per hour depending on experience.
- Annual pay increases available.
- Part‑time position with variable schedule.
- Average 7‑15 hours per week.
- Availability required the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends.
- Use a mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory.
- Communicate with supervisors, report time, provide feedback, and complete required merchandising surveys.
- Engage with store employees, management, and customers courteously.
- Support holiday demand by working extra days and extended hours during holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
- Participate in department resets, installations, and remodel assignments as needed.
- Collaborate with other merchandisers to support team needs.
This is a physically demanding job requiring the ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally. You must kneel, squat, walk, stand, and may need to climb stairs and ladders.
Basic Qualifications- At least 18 years old.
- Read, write, and understand English.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Operate a digital handheld device and use Wi‑Fi.
- Reliable transportation to travel between stores on schedule.
