Qualifications- Operate all equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and walk‑in cooler
- Prepare product
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- Orientation and training provided on the job
- Communication skills: comprehend and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements with speed
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash and performing outside tasks

The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
Physical Requirements- Standing: most tasks performed from a standing position
- Walking: short distances, short durations
- Surfaces: ceramic tile “bricks” with linoleum; height 36"–48"
- Sitting: paperwork usually completed in office at desk or table
- Lifting: bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds, dimensions up to 3’×1.5’; cases lifted from floor and stacked up to 72"
- Carrying: large cans (3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce 30 lb, trays of dough ~12 lb each
- Pushing: trays on dollies; force up to 7.5 lb to push; may pull trays
- Climbing: infrequently navigate stairs or ladder; change prices on signs; wash walls; perform maintenance
- Stooping/Bending at pizza assembly station (30–45 seconds at a time, repeated continuously)
- Forward bending at front counter and stocking (toe room present, unable to flex knees standing)
- Crouching/Squatting occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas
- Reaching above 72” to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, lift and lower objects to/from shelves
- Reaching down to scoop cornmeal from barrel, wash dishes
- Reaching forward to obtain topping ingredients, clean work surfaces, answer phones
- Hand tasks: eye‑hand coordination continuous; use of hands; shaping dough; manipulating pizza peel; rolling cutter; pinching in assembly of cardboard boxes; grasping cans, phone, cutter, peel, boxes
- Tools: pencils, pens, computers, phones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, pizza peel
Specific Duties
- Deliver product by car to customer door
- Deliver flyers and door hangers
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle usable for delivery
- Navigational skills to read map, locate addresses within delivery area
- Navigate adverse terrain (multi‑story buildings, private homes, other delivery sites) while carrying product
- Carry pizzas and beverages during walking and climbing duties
- Deliver pizzas within designated area; may make several deliveries per shift
- Travel between store and vehicle and from vehicle to customer location
- Navigate five or more flights of stairs during delivery
- Varying and sometimes adverse weather when delivering product, driving, couponing
- Far vision and night vision for driving
