Home Care Aides starting wage is $18/HR plus travel reimbursement.

Employees are also eligible to enroll in employer-sponsored retirement plan after 6 months of service (21 years of age). Accrued paid time off (up to 75 hours per year based on tenure), as well as paid holidays for employees who have worked at least 1 year with company, and work 30 hours per week.
