Job Summary

Support all academic and instructional applications, including the Learning Management System (LMS), lecture capture, test scoring, collaborative tools, web conferencing, and survey solutions. Provide user support, training, and documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Administer the LMS: manage enrollments, create course shells, plan system upgrades, and oversee user support.
  • Provide administrative and technical support for the web conferencing system.
  • Support survey needs and research solutions.
  • Lead training sessions on academic and survey applications.
  • Deliver direct support to end‑users through the ticketing system.
  • Create and maintain documentation for supported tools.
  • Stay current on application changes and updates.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum Experience and Skill Requirements
  • Two years’ experience in a technology‑related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred

Education and/or Experience Qualifications
  • Higher‑education experience supporting instructional technology solutions such as LMS, lecture capture, web conferencing, and e‑mail.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
