Injury Prevention Specialist

KORT Physical Therapy is seeking a Part Time Injury Prevention Specialist to provide on‑site injury prevention services across our industrial contracts in Murray, KY.

Part Time – up to 24 hours per week

Monday – Friday (2 evenings per week)

Starting at $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

• Health and wellness consultation.
• Regular communication with both client and Select leadership.

• Deliver full continuum of on‑site injury prevention services at assigned location.
• Assessment, triage, and first aid application for workplace injury/discomfort.
• Ergonomic risk assessment and implementation of ergonomic solutions.
• Design and implementation of functional assessments, preventive exercise, and stretching.
• Job coaching and behavior modification in one‑on‑one and group settings.
• Provide education and training on a wide range of injury prevention topics.
• Office ergonomics.
• Health and wellness consultation.
• Documentation and reporting on employee encounters.
• Regular communication with client and Select leadership.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training.
• National Athletic Trainers Association (NATABOC) Board of Certification.
• EMT Certification.
• Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiologist.
• Applicable state license where required.
• CPR certification.
• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injury assessment and prevention interventions.

• Industrial Health experience.
• Minimum one year experience as an Athletic Trainer.
