Dietary Aide

Spring Creek Rehab is seeking a dedicated and passionate Dietary Aide to join our team in Murray, Kentucky. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional food service and support to our dietary department.

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to our residents, adhering to established menus and dietary restrictions

• Maintain a clean and organized dietary department, adhering to health and safety standards

• Assist with food inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen

• Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure smooth meal service and excellent resident satisfaction

• Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and staff members

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve resident satisfaction and overall care

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• experience in the dietary or healthcare industry preferred

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
