Assistant Carwash Manager

Assistant Site Manager will assist the Site Manager to run a delegated location and the review of owners. Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

• Assuring all customers receive outstanding treatment, quality products, and resolution to customer complaints.
• Assist Site Manager with Employee performance reviews
• Assisting in development and implementing New Training Programs.
• Assist management with training and development of employees working under your shift.
• Work with Site Manager on enforcing Company Policies and Disciplinary Procedures.
• Work with Site Manager with scheduling as needed.
• Work with Site Manager in developing Site improvement Plans.
• Work with Site Manager in all Preventive Maintenance.
• Handle any Maintenance Issues that arise appropriately. (Manually fix, or report to Site Manager & Owners)

• 2 years experience in management
• A sociable personality with a desire to work as part of a team serving the public
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members
• Displaying excellent leadership and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks to accomplish goals and maintain high levels of enthusiasm and energy in all tasks
• Motivated self-starter who is willing to work independently and with teams
• Reliable transportation to and from the car wash
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Preferred car wash mechanics, metrics, and financials skills
• Must have a proactive safety attitude
• Be able to aggressively promote the business
• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to read, interpret, and apply policies and procedures
