As a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, building strong relationships with our patients and their families, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions

• Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other team members

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

• Participate in on-call rotation and provide coverage as needed

• This is a Baylor Nurse position with opportunities for _AND_FULL_TIME employment

Baylor works at least 2 Eight(8) hour shift during 7pm Friday- 7am Monday with accelerated pay!
