(RN) Registered Nurse
As a dedicated and compassionate (RN) Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care at Spring Creek Rehab in Murray, Kentucky.
As a (RN) Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Patient Care: Providing direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Assessment and Planning: Conducting thorough assessments of patients' conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Communication: Effectively communicating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes
- (RN) Registered Nurse licensure in KY or multistate license from any Compact State
- Part-time and full-time opportunities
- Charge Nurse, Supervisor, and Manager opportunities with Competitive Pay and opportunity for Retention Bonus quarterly for Full-Time commitment
