Play a pivotal role in supporting senior leadership and contributing to the delivery of high-quality health services across the Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network.
About the RoleAs the Executive Assistant
, you will provide professional, confidential, and high-level executive and administrative support to the Executive Director, Community & Allied Health, and other senior staff as required. This role is central to ensuring effective communication, coordination, and workflow across the directorate.
You will manage executive correspondence and enquiries, coordinate meetings and conferences, prepare agendas, minutes, briefings and reports, and maintain executive diaries. The role also includes liaison with internal and external stakeholders, word processing of confidential documents, arranging travel and official functions, and maintaining effective records and office systems.
In addition, you will contribute to continuous improvement of administrative services, assist with finance and procurement activities, support videoconferencing and digital meeting coordination, and work collaboratively as part of the RMCLHN Administrative Team. Cultural sensitivity, confidentiality, and a strong customer-focused approach are integral to the role, along with a commitment to workplace health, safety, and infection control requirements.
What We’re Looking For- Proven experience in providing a confidential and professional secretarial and administrative support service to executive level staff with efficiency and accuracy including minute taking, preparing agendas and other relevant material and attending to relevant action items.
- Proven experience in establishing and maintaining effective office systems and procedures.
- Experience in computer software packages including word processing, desktop publishing, Microsoft Excel and Outlook, PCMS, Basware.
