As an Interior Designer - Drawing & Specification Specialist, you will play a crucial role in bringing our clients' visions to life for new builds and remodels, both residential and commercial. Your expertise in creating detailed drawings and specifications will ensure the seamless execution of design projects. You will work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to develop innovative and practical design solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop detailed working drawings and specifications for interior design projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into design solutions.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the efficiency of design solutions.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Review and approve material and product samples.
- Stay updated with industry trends to bring fresh ideas to each project.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- 2+ years experience in creating comprehensive design drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
