Pay rate is from $19-23 an hour.

First Choice pays travel time & mileage reimbursement.

* Must have morning availability.

• Assists patients with their daily living activities
• Spends time assisting patients with grooming to help them feel great
• Works as part of the care team to help patients reach their goals and to be comforted
• Always maintains patient comfort & safety
• Attends case conference weekly to coordinate patient care with case manager & team

Active CNA license
