This position has primary responsibility for recruiting, training and scheduling services for Assisting Hands Greater Murray®. The Care Specialist matches caregivers with clients and coordinates caregiver schedules. The CNA Care Coordinator primary responsibility is to recruit high quality caregivers and train them. A second responsibility is to handle the scheduling, as well as responds to inquiries from prospective clients.
EducationHigh School Diploma/GED required; CNA in good standing with 2 years of experience required
QualificationsHaving worked as a caregiver as a CNA a must. Having experience recruiting, training and mentoring caregivers required. Experience in senior service setting. Must be able to deliver. Must be a good problem solver and able to work independently. Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be well‑organized and have good attention to detail.
