Job Description:

A Medical assistant has accountability for providing care to patients in an ambulatory clinic setting. This will involve caring for patients with acute and chronic needs. A Medical Assistant will be responsible for communicating clearly with patients seeking care through different modalities including telephone and in-person interactions.

Shift Details : 40 hours/week, Full Time. Clinic hours are Tuesday
- Friday 7:30am-5:30pm.

What You'll DoAs a core member of the Parkinson’s Elevated team, you will:

Room patients and support clinic flow Serve as a frontline contact for patient phone calls, portal messages, and care coordination

Build meaningful relationships with patients and caregivers over time

Help patients navigate their care experience with empathy and responsiveness

Partner closely with a dedicated team consisting of a physician, advanced practice provider, and nurse

Identify opportunities to improve patient care and clinic operations

Contribute to research activities and quality improvement initiatives
