IT Operations Support Analyst

The IT Operations Support Analyst is responsible for the daily monitoring and operational support of systems that run desktop or server operating systems and the applications that are run on those operating systems. The analyst will be the primary contact for all customer needs, working closely with SA’s & BA’s to ensure an exceptional customer experience and monitoring the full end‑user experience (Customer, Agent, and Employee) to remove or mitigate deficiencies within defined authority limits.

• Deliver first‑level technical support to end‑users for hardware and software‑related issues.
• Respond to and resolve support tickets promptly and efficiently.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of computer systems.
• Escalate complex technical issues to support staff when necessary.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
• Perform account provisioning and multi‑factor authentication setup.

Associate degree is preferred for this position.

• 2 years enterprise IT
• 2 years desktop provisioning with Office applications
• 2 years policy management
• Preferred work history includes insurance (ideal) or financial institutions
