Network Technician

Fat Pipe Networks is seeking a Network Technician to support our internal IT systems and assist customers with deploying our SD-WAN and cybersecurity products! MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN NETWORKING to apply for this position!

This is a full-time entry-level Monday - Friday day shift position with benefits, paid time off, and paid holidays.

Hourly pay depends on specific experience.

• Maintain and troubleshoot internal networks, WiFi, firewalls, and servers
• Handle internal IT tasks including user account setup, endpoint support, and software installs
• Assist customers with networking, routing, VPN setup, and connectivity issues as part of customer deployments
• Work support tickets and document troubleshooting steps
• Perform firmware updates, imaging, and system checks

• Knowledge of TCP/IP, subnets, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching
• Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, or basic sysadmin tasks
• Ability to troubleshoot network issues using standard tools
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Prior IT support or helpdesk experience is helpful
• Interest in SD-WAN, cybersecurity, and growing technical skills
