Job Description

Clark's Quality Roofing is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Operations Manager
to oversee and manage our roofing projects from inception to completion. This role is responsible for supervising crews, ensuring project efficiency, maintaining safety compliance, and driving company profitability. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of commercial roofing systems, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

• Project Oversight: Plan, schedule, and manage all commercial roofing projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and supervise roofing crews, foremen, and subcontractors to optimize performance.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Manage workforce schedules, materials, and equipment to ensure seamless project execution.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project costs, reduce waste, and improve efficiency to maximize profitability.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections to ensure workmanship meets industry and company standards.
• Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing concerns and providing updates.
• Vendor & Supplier Management: Coordinate with vendors for, negotiate pricing, and manage subcontractor agreements.
• Problem-Solving: Address unexpected project challenges, weather‑related delays, and technical issues effectively.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate project reports, budgets, and job site documentation.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial roofing and at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Leadership: Strong ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and improve operational efficiency.
• Project Management: Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating large‑scale projects.

• Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites.
