Western States Cabling is a Utah-based manufacturer specializing in custom cable assemblies for surveying, construction, machine control, and GPS equipment. We build high-quality, mission‑critical cables used by some of the largest dealers in the U.S.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be involved in the full cable‑manufacturing process, including:

• Soldering connectors to wire and cable assemblies
• Applying heat‑shrink tubing and strain relief
• Assembling custom cable builds from work instructions
• Quality inspection of finished cables (visual + basic testing)
• Labeling, packaging, and prepping cables for shipment
• Keeping a clean and organized workstation

What We’re Looking For

• Good hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and visual work instructions
• Comfortable working with small parts and tools
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent
• Willingness to learn and improve skills

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Previous cable assembly, electronics, or manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with soldering irons, heat guns, and basic hand tools
• Experience in quality inspection or production environments

Experience with soldering is a big plus
, but we’re open to training the right person with a good attitude.
