About this Role:

As a Neuro-Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider (APP; Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant), you will work with a high-performing, patient-centered team committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience on a highly collaborative team.

A.In this role you can anticipate:

Providing 24-hour coverage for the 24-bed IMED Neurocritical Care Unit; practice includes: admissions, discharges, transfers, rounding, procedures, etc.

Providing inpatient neurocritical care consults in IMED medical/surgical/trauma/thoracic ICUsNo clinic responsibilities associated with this position; inpatient only Twelve 12-hour shifts per 4-weeks, rotating days (7a-7:30p), nights (7p-7:30a), weekends, and holidays

Joining a growing, well-established, and highly collaborative team of 7 APP's, and 8 NCC Physicians Relocation assistance (if applicable)
An ideal candidate is a growth-minded team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates a strong interest in learning and professional growth. Neuro Critical Care, Critical Care, and/or Neurology experience preferred.

What you’ll bring:

APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program

Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one Required

Certifications:

DEA, ACLS, & BLSAbility to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
