A day in the life…
- Set and achieve sales goals by utilizing our tools to serve our customers on their terms.
- Enhance your skills in building an appointment-based business. When not with a personal customer, be available for appointments booked through BLVD to create new customer connections.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest new merchandise and invite them to upcoming events.
- Be the fashion authority - provide honest and confident feedback to customers about style and fit.
- Develop your selling skills by serving customers throughout the entire store, at all price points.
- Grow relationships by introducing customers into the Nordy Club and invite them to take advantage of the benefits of the program throughout the year.
- You are a part of a selling department team! When not in appointments, you will be floor coverage, have department duties and responsibilities. (Dusting, filling in the floor, maintain your section, etc.)
- The hours and schedule for this position will vary by week depending on business needs.
- This role may require you to be flexible to occasionally performing work/duties in a department other than the one you were hired into.
- Selling experience with proven results
- Curiosity around building a sustainable and successful personal business
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented focus
- Strong understanding of how to use our tools to build relationships
- The capacity to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
