Roles & Responsibilities

• Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model and adopt a "friends first" mindset.
• Educate guests on AEO & Aerie product details and suggest fit‑based selections.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while staying aligned with company policy.
• Assist teammates in achieving store goals and maintain teamwork culture.
• Adhere to AEO policies & procedures with integrity.

• Passion for interacting with people.
• High energy with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability during peak guest times (evenings, weekends & holidays).
• Love for AE & Aerie products.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
