We are currently hiring for a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate position at First Cash, with an hourly wage ranging from $14.00 to $17.00. Our commission structure allows you to earn additional income on top of your base pay, with potential earnings of up to 8% on transactions, which could average an extra $1.38 per hour.

Position Overview

We seek entry-level, part-time sales associates to join our nationwide pawn store locations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales and loans, maintaining the sales floor, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves working with jewelry, tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate financial solutions.
• Handle sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Complete training and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to perform tasks that require standing, walking, climbing, and other physical activities.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Minimum age of 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service orientation, ability to multi-task, basic math skills, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy and POS system operation skills.
