We are looking for outstanding relationship builders, conversation experts, and wireless technology gurus. As a Senior Wireless Sales Expert you will supervise the customer experience, resolve obstacles, and drive guest satisfaction.

• Brand Ambassador – Ensure a comfortable, welcoming front‑end for guests, embodying our core value of Happy Employee – Happy Customer.
• Relationship Builder – Act as an active listener, solution‑finder, and conversation initiator with guests, team, and leadership.
• Product & Services Expert – Translate wireless technology into everyday conversations; receive world‑class training on our products and services.
• Obstacle Remover – Make decisions, resolve escalations, and provide technology solutions to keep guests and teammates satisfied.

• Education &
  
  Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years retail management (keyholder) experience in a customer‑facing environment.
• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in the wireless industry.
• POS system experience with accurate transactions.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Schedule & Attendance:
• Store open 6–7 days a week. Hours 9 am–6 pm most days. Balance life/work with flexible scheduling.
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, push, pull, walk, stand for 6–8 hours and move merchandise.
• Light cleaning duties (dusting, counters, trash).

• Base Pay: $42,000–$52,500 (depending on location).
• Uncapped commission.
