A key member of our team is the Retail Wireless Sales Specialist, who works directly with customers, listening to their needs and ensuring we provide a product-based solution. Compensation
: $17–$19 per hour plus uncapped commission. This position is classified as modified full‑time (30–39 hours per week). Most employees work approximately 35 hours per week.

  Set and be available for guest appointments; investigate and problem‑solve guest accounts; determine optimal plans and offers; document detailed notes.

• Education and Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Positive attitude and customer‑first mindset.
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience in a retail setting (wireless industry a bonus).
  • Experience operating a POS system and ensuring accurate transactions.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Schedule and Attendance
  • Flexible, including weekends.
  • Store open 6–7 days a week; hours vary 9:00 am–6:00 pm most days.
• Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, and walking for 6–8 hours.
  • Stand, move around the store, assist customers, and maneuver merchandise.
  • Perform regular store cleaning (display cases, shelves, etc.).

• Minimum salary: $36,750
• Maximum salary: $46,200
