The Selling Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service, engaging customers and exhibiting a heightened level of product knowledge and expertise.

• Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engage with customers, read cues, and respond effectively.
• Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Convert returns, offers, and other promotions into larger sales.
• Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions accurately and encouraging additional purchases.
• Process merchandise to be floor ready and maintain back‑room standards.
• Replenish merchandise to brand standards and support keeping the sales floor available for purchase.
• Execute floorset operations, maintain visual merchandising standards, and support housekeeping of the sales floor.
• Recover and replenish merchandise to be available for sale, monitor loss prevention, and support a safe working environment.
• Assist in all activities related to providing a safe working environment and reinforcing store strategy to reduce shrink.

Minimum Salary: $12.00 per hour
Maximum Salary: $14.75 per hour
