We’re currently seeking an experienced Metal Roofing Foreman to lead field crews on large-scale commercial and industrial jobs.

Supervise and lead a crew of metal roofing installers on commercial job sites.

Oversee installation of standing seam, R-panel, and custom sheet metal roofing systems.

Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and shop details.

Coordinate daily work plans with project managers and ensure timely project completion.

Conduct safety meetings and ensure job site compliance with OSHA standards.

Manage materials, tools, and equipment on site to ensure proper use and minimal waste.

Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy.

5+ years of commercial metal roofing experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.

Proficient in standing seam, exposed fastener, and custom sheet metal systems.

Strong knowledge of safety regulations and roofing best practices.

Ability to lead and motivate a team in fast-paced environments.

OSHA 10/30 certification preferred.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
