Salary:

$75,000 – $100,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair solar energy systems in compliance with local and national electrical codes.

Ensure all electrical work is performed safely and efficiently, meeting industry standards.

Lead and mentor apprentice electricians, providing guidance on installations and troubleshooting.

Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to ensure timely and quality project completion.

Oversee material allocation for projects, ensuring teams have the necessary resources.

Conduct system testing and inspections to confirm proper operation.

Qualifications:

Hold a valid Journeyman Electrician license (required).

Have experience working with solar energy systems (preferred but not required).

Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Have full mobility to work in various positions, including stooping, standing, bending, kneeling, and squatting for prolonged periods.

Can lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work at heights of 20 feet or more.

Are comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Are willing to submit to a driving, drug, and criminal background check.
