Soccer Shots Salt Lake is seeking a self-driven, positive, and organized person with strong communication skills and a passion for children. We are seeking an individual that wants to play a part in a growing small business in the pursuit to build “Stronger Youth, Beyond the Game.”

Soccer Shots is a program that introduces soccer to children ages 2-8. We strive to encourage the development of soccer skills, teamwork, healthy lifestyle, and character growth. • Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials
• Managing equipment preparation, distribution, and inventory
• Communicating directly with customers/partners via email and phone
• Updating our registration system with new locations and current locations by season
• Communicating and maintaining staff schedules and office calendar
• Maintaining the office order
• Delivering gifts/documents to schools when necessary
• Meet quarterly goals

• Coaching (Soccer Sessions) at multiple of your own assigned locations (Addition to make Full Time Position)

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Effective organizational/administrative skills
• Positivity, enthusiasm, energetic
• Passion for the mission of Soccer Shots
• Computer/application skills (Microsoft Office suite)

• Bachelor’s degree
• Familiarity with Microsoft products and operating systems
• Previous experience with the sport of soccer
• Canva experience
• Document/graphic design experience

The Part/Full time Administrative Assistant position would consist of a starting rate of $15–18 per hour, starting and depending on experience. Also $14 during "Training/Assistant", with a structured pay scale to move up based on performance. Also, many areas for growth within the company as we expand.

9:00 AM–2:00 PM, Monday–Friday (20–25 admin hours weekly)

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2-8 with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication.

We train the best coaches in the business. We put every Soccer Shots coach through our comprehensive training program to receive certification that includes learning the use of developmentally appropriate coaching techniques. Our coaches are routinely evaluated and undergo ongoing training. Our coach selection process evaluates not only the ability to coach soccer, but, more importantly, the ability to engage and inspire children.

Our team understands the importance of timely, responsive communication. Members of the Soccer Shots team must be excellent communicators – with children, with parents, with partners and with each other!

We use expert-approved curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards. Our developmentally appropriate curriculum places an emphasis on character development and skill building. Our program is created under the guidance of childhood education specialists, professional soccer players and experienced and licensed soccer coaches. We constantly re-evaluate and update our curriculum to stay current with childhood education standards.
