Soccer Shots Salt Lake is seeking a self‑driven, positive, and organized person with strong communication skills and a passion for children. We want an individual who wants to play a part in a growing small business pursuing "Stronger Youth, Beyond the Game." Soccer Shots is a program that introduces soccer to children ages 2‑8, encouraging the development of soccer skills, teamwork, a healthy lifestyle, and character growth.

We work onsite at preschools, daycare centers, and parks throughout Salt Lake and surrounding areas.

• Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials
• Managing equipment preparation, distribution, and inventory
• Communicating directly with customers/partners via email and phone
• Updating our registration system with new locations and current locations by season
• Communicating and maintaining staff schedules and office calendar
• Maintaining office order
• Delivering gifts/documents to schools when necessary; meet quarterly goals
• Coaching (Soccer Sessions) at multiple assigned locations (additional requirement for a full‑time position)

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Effective organizational/administrative skills

• Computer/application skills (Microsoft Office suite)

• Bachelor's degree
• Familiarity with Microsoft products and operating systems
• Previous experience with the sport of soccer
• Canva experience
• Document/graphic design experience

The part/full‑time Administrative Assistant position offers a starting rate of $15‑18 per hour, depending on experience. Also $14 per hour during "Training/Assistant" periods, with a structured pay scale to move up based on performance. Many opportunities for growth within the company as we expand.

9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday‑Friday (20‑25 admin hours weekly)

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for ages 2‑8, focusing on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best‑in‑class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We train the best coaches in the business, providing certification, ongoing training, and evaluation. Our coach selection evaluates not only the ability to coach soccer but also the ability to engage and inspire children.

Families experience exceptional customer service and ongoing communication. All team members must be excellent communicators – with children, parents, partners, and each other. We use expert‑approved curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards and places emphasis on character development and skill building.
