Tax Supervisor
Rapidly-growing CPA firm in Temecula Valley is currently seeking a Tax Supervisor.
We are a full-service firm offering accounting, tax, audit, and business advisory services. We serve clients in corporate, individual, nonprofit, partnership/LLC, and trust tax areas. Our success is driven by our commitment to quality and customer service, with a client base of over 1,200 tax clients. We prioritize understanding each client's unique situation to develop effective tax strategies.
The right candidate will work closely with our tax partners to supervise both tax and accounting departments. The Supervisor will be active in the community, establishing relationships that lead to client acquisition and firm growth.
This position offers opportunities for growth and advancement into partnership.
Requirements:- Licensed California CPA
- Minimum 5 years of experience in public accounting with emphasis on tax and accounting
- Prior Tax Supervisor experience is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in tax and accounting software (Lacerte, Quick Books)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work closely with clients, staff, and partners
- Superior project management skills
