Location: Murrieta, CA

Pay: $20 - $23/hr doe

Schedule: Day Shift | 8 AM - 5 pM

Key Duties:

• Minimize waste by ensuring proper FIFO rotation through product allocation.
• Identify product age risks and concerns on low-demand SKUs.
• Work with our Supply Chain team in positioning inventory across our distribution centers based on customer demands for a 0-7 day window.
• Communicate product shortages and collaborate with the supply chain to identify alternative solutions.
• Assist in planning, prioritizing, and communicating production plans to our warehouse teams/production leaders.
• Provide direction to our warehouse teams on order picking and processing to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Teams include Shipping/Just Ripe/Quality Control/ Production teams.
• Coordinate order pick up and deliveries with carriers and our Logistics team based on product readiness/availability.
• Work with our Quality Control teams to address any issues or concerns with product specifications prior to order shipment.
• Communicate product availability to our Sales team.
• Work with our ripening department to address ripening concerns.
• Work with our warehouse teams to resolve any inventory discrepancies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook,as well as in financial modeling tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze a significant amount of information
• Attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively with all levels of management
