This is a dynamic afternoon role where you ensure our clinical flow stays smooth and patients feel like VIPs.

You will:

• Greet patients warmly and support clinical procedures chairside and behind the scenes
• Prepare, clean, and maintain treatment areas
• Manage sterilization flow (fast, accurate, consistent)
• Keep the clinic stocked, organized, and running smoothly
• Take patient photos/records with efficiency and consistency
• Create a warm, welcoming experience for every patient
• Step in wherever needed - because that's what great teams do

• Orthodontic systems and procedures
• Sterilization, infection control, and OSHA standards
• Clinical workflows and efficiency
• Patient communication and service excellence

• Dental Assisting Certification is preferred (X-RAY, Coronal Polishing)
