At Tri Valley Urology, we prioritize outstanding patient care, which we have been providing in the Murrieta and Temecula Valleys and surrounding communities for nearly 50 years.

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join our thriving single specialty urology group. Our ideal candidate will be a compassionate, team-oriented clinician with a commitment to excellence in patient care and an interest in building a long-term career within a collegial private practice setting.

• Well established single specialty urology group with 5 urologists, 1 urogynecologist, and 1 physician assistant
• Close collaboration with local hospitals offering da Vinci robotic surgery and Aquablation
• Affiliation with a local surgery center for outpatient procedures
• Shared hospital call coverage, 1:5
• Opportunities for general urology and/or subspecialty focus (oncology, robotics, men’s health, endourology, reconstruction, etc.)
• High Partner income, well within top 10-15% of urologists nationally
• Physician-led practice offering clinical autonomy and work-life balance, with partners working 4 days per week.

• MD or DO degree
• Board-Certified / Board-Eligible in Urology
• Eligible for California medical licensure
