About the Position

CTAP is seeking passionate, energetic, and talented Performing Arts Teachers to join our Academy instructional team! We're looking for educators who love working with young people, bring enthusiasm and creativity into the classroom, and are committed to developing both artistic excellence and strong character.

Our elementary program introduces students to the exciting world of musical theater through an integrated curriculum combining acting, singing, and dancing. Teachers lead engaging, age-appropriate activities that develop foundational performance skills while encouraging creativity, confidence, teamwork, and a love for the performing arts.

Middle School & High School Performing Arts (Grades 6–12)

Our middle and high school programs offer specialized instruction in three distinct disciplines:

  • Acting: Character development, acting techniques, improvisation, scene study, and ensemble performance.
  • Voice: Vocal technique, musical literacy and expression, healthy singing practices, and performance skills.
  • Dance: Dance technique, musical theater choreography, movement, and performance.

Courses are organized into progressive skill levels, allowing students to develop their abilities through structured instruction and measurable learning objectives.

Teachers may specialize in one discipline or teach across multiple areas depending on their experience and qualifications.
