Evaluate and design a pavilion type patio cover
We are a General Contractor looking for an onsite evaluation for a proposed 1,000 SqFt attached (or freestanding) patio cover structure along the back of an existing single story home. The home is located in Murrieta, Riverside County, California.
We are looking for a quote to evaluate and provide high level feedback and options so that an accurate construction budget can be created. If a design is awarded, a fully engineered/stamped set will be required for the final submittal package.
