Our team is collaborative, friendly, and professional, and we are seeking an organized, customer-focused Recruiting & Office Support Specialist to support recruiting, HR, and general office operations.

Job Description

This position combines recruiting coordination, customer service, administrative, and HR support responsibilities. The ideal candidate enjoys supporting others, thrives in a fast-paced professional environment, and has an interest in growing within the HR and recruiting field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service support to clients, employees, and candidates through phone, email, and in-person communication.
  • Assist recruiters with posting jobs, sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding coordination, personnel file maintenance, and document organization.
  • Prepare reports, update spreadsheets, and assist with data entry, payroll support, and general administrative tasks.
  • Help maintain office organization, tracking supplies and coordinating workflow to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and assist with client documentation requests.
Qualifications
  • Previous office, administrative, or recruiting experience preferred (staffing industry experience a plus).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional, positive demeanor and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
