Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Dept - Full Time Night Shift
Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital in Murrieta, California is a 120-bed acute-care hospital with the region's only Pediatric Emergency Services team (for children 14 and under) provided by board certified Rady Children’s emergency medicine physicians. Rancho Springs Hospital also provides the area's only OB/Emergency Department program, which gives expectant mothers 24/7 on-site access to OB/GYN physician coverage. The Childbirth Center at Rancho Springs Hospital is the largest in the region and features spacious family-friendly private suites.
Rancho's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is operated by Rady Children’s.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Utilize clinical judgement to prioritize patient needs and ensure patient safety.

Qualifications
- One (1) year experience in an acute care facility, 6 months in Emergency Department required
- Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program
- BSN preferred
- REQUIRED LICENSURE / CERTIFICATIONS
- Current California RN license
- BLS (AHA) certification
- ACLS (AHA) certification
- PALS (AHA) certification
- NIH Stroke Certification to be completed by the end of the week of NEO
- MICN and TNCC (Inland Valley/status positions only) preferred
- CEN encouraged
