By focusing on the Temecula residential sector, the Sales & Client Services Representative provides high-standard consultations that highlight the reliability of a fiber-backed home and the versatility of flagship mobile devices.

• Serve as the first professional contact for residential customers, providing clear guidance on Frontier Fiber internet, smartphones, wireless devices, and premium add‑ons.

• Conduct household assessments to identify connectivity challenges such as bandwidth demands, latency, or device compatibility, and recommend tailored Frontier solutions.

• Execute the enrollment process with accuracy, using Frontier sales platforms to activate Fiber services, process device upgrades, and maintain secure account documentation.

• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, focusing on first‑contact resolution while delivering solution‑oriented support for residential Fiber and wireless services.
