- Strength & Sculpt
- Stretch therapy
- Confidence, Mindset, or Self-Love Coaching
At Zen Wellness, we provide a calm, healing environment equipped with wellness modalities like infrared saunas, red light therapy, cold plunge, sound therapy, and massage chairs. Instructors can host classes, create unique experiences, and grow their client base while partnering with a supportive local wellness community.
