Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assess their service needs

- Provide accurate estimates and explain services and repairs

- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers

- Maintain communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicles

- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise

- Maintain a clean and organized service area

Skills and

Qualifications:

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

- Proficient in using service software and tools

- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

- Previous experience in automotive service or a related field is preferred
