Your role :
Plan and execute productivity improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness across the end-to-end value chain with primary focus around ISC functions. Identify cost-saving opportunities by optimizing processes, streamlining workflows, and supporting sustainable improvements. Partner with site leadership to implement improvement plans, new capabilities, and standardized procedures with effective change management support using lean methodologies and tools. Apply Operational Excellence methods and tools to improve performance within assigned operational areas.
