Unified Staffing & Recruiting is seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our client’s fast-paced manufacturing team. We have multiple openings across Machine Operation, Assembly, and General Production, with opportunities available on all three shifts.
Pay & Schedule Pay: $18.50–$19.25/hour, depending on shift
Raise:
Additional $0.50/hour after 60 days Bonus: 90-day retention bonus
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
Shifts:
Openings available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
Employment Type:
Temp-to-Hire with the opportunity for permanent placement
What You’ll Do Depending on the department and position, responsibilities may include:
Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
Assemble product using hand tools
Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality
Use calibration and measuring tools to maintain accuracy
Retrieve and prepare raw materials for production
Package and prepare finished products for shipment
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Keep pace with a continuous, fast-moving production environment
Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures
What We’re Looking For Basic computer skills
Strong attention to detail and quality
Good hand-eye coordination
Mechanical aptitude
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
Steel-toe footwear required
