Employment Type: Full‑time and part‑time shifts (days, nights, weekends)

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents in the home according to the active plan of care.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other appropriate personnel.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
