Salary: $33.00 per hour

• Provide total nursing care to residents in the facility.
• Maintain a safe, abuse‑free environment for all residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Accurately document residents' conditions, medications, treatments, and mandated records.
• Accurately complete the admission process to include assessments, interim care plans, service plans, obtain physician orders, and timely documentation.

• Current Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania.

• Serving Westmoreland County since 1980, offering a full array of services for ages 55+.
