Job Duties of Licensed Practical Nurse:

• Shift options: 1st, 2nd, 3rd - 4hr/8hr/12hr shifts available
• Provide personal care and supervision of CNA and STNA
• Record all pertinent care and observations in patient records as directed by the facility
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisor

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• LPN License
• Current CPR, TB test, Physical
• Clean background check and drug screen
