Experienced In-Home Sales Representative - Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling Co.

Compensation: $125,000 - $250,000 per year (Base +Commission)

We are currently seeking experienced and highly motivated in-home sales professionals to join our growing team. This is a high-income opportunity with pre-set appointments, strong closing support, and multiple product offerings.

• Pre-set, qualified leads – no cold calling required
• Multiple high-demand product lines:
  Windows, Doors, Siding, Roofing, and Bathroom Remodeling
• Full marketing, canvassing, and call center support
• Industry-leading training and sales resources
• Established brand recognition and long-standing reputation

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners
• Educate clients on product benefits and customization options
• Build rapport and professionally close deals
• Follow company procedures and ensure proper documentation
• Travel throughout Westmoreland County and all surrounding areas, including Beaver and Butler Counties

• Minimum 1-2 years of proven success in in-home sales
• Confident closer with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
