Con-Agg Field Technician

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and western Maryland, has an immediate opening for a Field Technician.

The successful candidate must have 3-5 years of relevant experience and be capable of repairing and maintaining all types of crushing and screening equipment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, with a focus on customer satisfaction. The role requires diagnosing and repairing equipment independently.

• Experience with crushing and screening equipment
• Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electronics
• Intermediate computer skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

This role involves working in industrial conditions with exposure to noise, heat, cold, and other environmental factors. Physical requirements include stamina, lifting up to 50 pounds, and motor coordination. Must meet DOT and CBE regulations for vehicle operation and documentation.

Graduation from a technical or military school or relevant work experience acceptable to the company.
