Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or Building Environmental Engineering.
- Chartered / Professional Engineer status or equivalent is preferable.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Mechanical Building Services Engineering (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, drainage, irrigation, building compressed air, building medical gas), utility network layouts, onshore/offshore Oil & Gas installations, with Consultant/Contractor and/or client lead background.
- Proficiency in design software such as Carrier E20 and Hevacomp.
- Knowledgeable in drafting software such as AutoCAD.
- Experience in construction, commissioning and start-up activities.
- Experienced working within a multi-discipline/cultural environment.
- Experienced in resolving technical challenges related to Mechanical Building Services and adjacent discipline issues.
- Ability to prioritise and conclude multiple tasks in a timely manner to meet schedule.
- Ability to coordinate with and promote teamwork amongst stakeholders, co-workers and external organisations.
- Fluency in English with good verbal and writing communication skills and proficiency for conducting presentations.
