We're Hiring:
Production Manager

Mesaieed, Qatar

• Lead a team of Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen, and Machine Operators
• Drive productivity while reducing scrap and rework
• Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, QC, and Maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations
• Promote Lean practices and continuous improvement across the production floor

• 15-20 years of experience in plant operations within the cable manufacturing industry
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Strong knowledge of wire drawing and stranding machines
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Lean manufacturing knowledge (NEW L2 minimum; L3 preferred)
