Auditor

Key Accountabilities

• Conduct audit in accordance with the audit plan
• Monitor and controls the audit assistants to ensure assigned tasks are completed within the allotted time frame
• Execute the audit programs and collect appropriate audit evidence
• Ensure work papers, audit conclusions and audit file is prepared in accordance with the Unit’s standards
• Provide valuable written input to the Senior Auditor for putting together in the audit report
• Being part of the team involved in Financial Statement review, execute the assigned area in accordance with unit’s standards
• Write reports where required and assist the audit team on special assignments and investigations
• Assist in preparation of Internal Audit Plan and work with business owners to implement audit recommendations
• Maintain knowledge of all latest developments in IFRS and other new areas related to Internal Audit profession
• Assist in preparing various reports in accordance with audit plan as and when requested by Audit Committee and management and perform other duties and projects as assigned

• Good time management skills
• Good knowledge of International Auditing Standards
• Good knowledge of Accounting / Audit

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance
• Professional certification in accountancy/ CIA is preferred

• Minimum of 4 - 6 years’ experience in a similar role
